In a bowl mix together the lemon juice, pepper, 1/4 cup oil, salt and garlic powder then pour into pyrex baking vessel.
Put the chicken into the dish and get juice over it. Marinate for at least an hour.
Get a grill pan and put on high heat. Take out the chicken and grill for about 3 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
Prepare your bacon however you prefer, frying in a pan always works, and wrap the strips around the chicken.
