Start heating oil from mushroom topping recipe in a large pan on high. Fry the onions until clear. Lower the heat if needed. Add in the mushrooms and keep frying for another 5 minutes.
Add the tamari sauce and wine and continue frying for another 5 minutes. Combine the almond flour and water then pour in slowly to the pan and mix well.
Put on lowest heat to stay warm.
Set the oven to 350 degrees and prepare the chicken by coating it in oil, salt and pepper.
Put the chicken in the oven and leave in until fully cooked.
Pour the sauce over chicken.
