Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb fresh mozzarella cut into slices
  • 3 tomatoes cut into same amount of slices as mozzarella
  • 8 basil leaves
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • organo sprinkled on top

Instructions

  1. Stack or display a pattern of the tomato and mozzarella as you wish, you can follow the way I made it in the picture or make it in a line etc. Mix together the salt, vinegar, and oil, then drizzle on top.

  2. Top with the basil and oregano.
