Ingredients

  • 4 lbs chicken 3-5 lb whole chicken
  • 1 Tbs light olive oil

Rub mixture:

  • 1 Tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 Tbs paprika
  • 1 Tbs garlic powder
  • 1 Tsp parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Clean and dry chicken by patting with paper towels
  2. Rub whole chicken with olive oil
  3. Combine all spices and salt to create a dry rub
  4. Sprinkle dry rub mix on chicken
  5. Spray Air Fryer basket with a cooking spray and place the chicken into the basket with the legs facing down
  6. Roast chicken for 30 minutes on 335 degrees
  7. Flip chicken
  8. Roast for 20 more minutes
  9. Chicken should be golden in color and ready to eat
  10. This recipe gives you a flavorful crispy, yet moist on the inside quick and easy meal with basically the minimum amount of prep time !
