Blend 2 3/4 cups water in a blender with 2 Tbs Tahini

Place in a pot

Add banana extract and pinch of salt

Stir well on medium-low heat

Add Agar Agar and stir

Add vanilla, swerve and lemon zest and keep stirring

Bring heat up to a medium flame and allow to come to a boil , stirring constantly

Cook for a few minutes

Remove from heat and pour into individual custard ramekins and then cool in refrigerator for a couple hours

Serve garnished with choice berries and a leaf of mint
