Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients other than the chicken in a bowl. Marinate the chicken in it over night.

  2. Heat up the grill on high flame.

  3. Cook the chicken for about 5 minutes per side.
