Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork sliced into chunks
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • Pink Himalayan Salt
  • black pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 large onion cut into squares
  • 1 large bell pepper cut into squares
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Season the pork.

  2. Alternate chicken and strawberries onto a skewers, every few putting a cherry tomato, slice of pepper and onion.

  3. Grill on the grill or grill pan for 4 minutes per side.
