Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground chicken
  • 3 Tbsp Wheat Free Tamari Sauce
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup crushed almonds
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup scallions chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients except for the oil in a bowl.

  2. Heat up the oil in a grill pan. Make the patties. Grill in the pan until a nice golden brown, about 6-7 minutes a side.
