Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Once it reaches 450, put the chicken in for 15-18 minutes. About 5 minutes before taking chicken out, sprinkle cheese over chicken.
While chicken is roasting, combine all the other ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce sauce until it gets thicker which should be about 15 minutes.
When both chicken and sauce are ready, pour sauce over chicken.
