Ingredients

  • 3 lb green beans
  • pinch of pink himilayan salt
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 3 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Boil green beans in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set into icy water for 3 minutes. Set aside.

  2. Mix the balsamic vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.

  3. Mix the green beans, tomatoes and parmesan cheese in a bowl and drizzle the balsamic dressing over.
