Ingredients

  • 4 lbs any type of roast
  • 2 lbs sliced onions
  • 1 garlic head crushed
  • Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry meat lightly and then stew it slowly in a oiled pot.

  2. Put in the onions and garlic and add 1/4 cup of water. 

  3. Cook on low for 9 hours.

  4. Once it's ready take it out of the crock pot, let it cool and slice it.

  5. The remaining ingredients in the crock pot can be blended and used as a sauce which turns out quite great.
