Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Xylo Sweet or Swerve
  • 2 Cups water
  • 1 Gallon cold water
  • 2 Cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 Lemons sliced very thin
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Use a lemon reamer to squeeze all of the juice to fill 2 cups full of fresh juice

  2. Prepare a large pitcher or jar with a lid with 1 Gallon cold water and add lemon juice

  3. Place in the refrigerator and set aside

  4. In a bowl with the xylitol or Swerve and 2 cups water, place in microwave for 35 seconds and then stir well

  5. Add sweet water to pitcher with lemon juice

  6. Stir well

  7. Add lemon slices and ice cubes

  8. Store in refrigerator

  9. Garnish with mint leaves if desired
