Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Spinach & Strawberry Salad

  • 15 Oz Fresh Spinach
  • 5 Oz Feta cheese
  • 6 Oz Fresh Strawberries cut very small
  • 4 Oz Walnuts Toasted and chopped



  1. Wash Spinach thoroughly and dry in a salad spinner
  2. Place in a bowl
  3. Cut strawberries into very small pieces and spread over spinach
  4. Toast Walnuts and chop very small and drop over spinach and strawberries
  5. End off with either cutting feta into small cubes or crumbling feta cheese all around
  6. Combine all spices for salad and mix well in a jar and pour over each individual salad as you plate the salad
