  • 1 Tsp Pink Himalayan salt

  • 1 Large tomatoes or two medium tomatoes
  • 2 Large cucumbers
  • 3 Tbs olive oil
  • Sprig of parsley to garnish

Instructions

  1. Dice onion, tomatoes, and cucumbers
  2. Add olive oil
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. Stir together
  6. Top with parsley
