Heat up a small heavy skillet to medium high heat
Rub tuna with 3/4 Tbs olive oil
Sprinkle with a pinch of salt & pepper
Place in skillet and sear on each side to a golden color
Some like their fish cooked through while others prefer it rare
Please cook for at least a few minutes on each side if you would like it cooked thoroughly
Allow to cool
Using a cutting board chop tuna into small pieces
Add remaining ingredients and transfer to a bowl and toss until juices are all well absorbed
Serve chilled
