Completely Keto Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 15 oz full fat unsweetened coconut milk in a can only
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp stevia powder I recommend sweet leaf
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Refrigerate can of coconut milk overnight.

  2. Place mixing bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes before making recipe

  3. Without shaking the can, take it out and turn it upside down. Open the can.

  4. Pour out the liquid - you can throw it in a smoothie. We won't be using it.

  5. Take the cream and put it in the chilled bowl.

  6. Using hand mixer whip the cream until it's creamy. Start at a slow speed and increase until fluffy and holds its shape.

  7. Midway through the mixing, add the additional ingredients and continue to beat.

  8. Serve in individual portions. Take a bar of dark chocolate and shave off some pieces to top the mousse with.

  9. Enjoy!
