Ingredients

  • 16 skewers
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 3 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 2 small onion grated
  • 3 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp sumac ground

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl by kneading it with your hands until fully combined. Cover and let it sit in the fridge for a while to mix the flavors together.

  2. Take a handful of the beef mix and wrap it around a skewer. Repeat with all the rest of the beef and skewers.

  3. Preheat a grill or a prepped greased grill pan. Keep turning them until they are fully cooked.
