Ingredients

  • 2 large bell peppers diced
  • 1/2 lb cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 cucumbers sliced
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 oz feta cheese cubed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 purple onion diced
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 lb black olives
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the mayo and spices in a small bow.

  2. Mix all other ingredients in your salad serving bowl.

  3. Pour mayo mix over the salad and toss until fully coated and combined.
