  1. Boil the salmon for about 10 minutes.

  2. Let fish cool and debone and remove the skin. Put into a glass roasting dish.

  3. Mix all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and pour evenly over the fish. Let the fish marinate for at least 24 hours before serving, the longer the better.
