Ingredients

  • 2 cup zoodles
  • 2 cup roasted and salted cashews
  • 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

Instructions

  1. Soak the cashews in a bowl of water for 2 hours.

  2. Drain the cashews and put into a food processor with all the other ingredients except the zoodles. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour over the zoodles and enjoy!
