Mix all the ingredients execept for the salmon to make the sauce.
Use half as a marinade and half for a dipping sauce.
Put the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, marinate the salmon in half the sauce in a ziploc bag for at least 60 minutes.
Preheat oven to broil.
Skewer the salmon on to the wood. Place them all in a baking pan.
Broil the salmon for 14-16 minutes, flipping halfway and brushing with marinade 4 times throughout.
Serve garnished with sesame seeds and dipping sauce on the side.
