Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Completely Keto Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 Tbsp Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Honey Substitute
  • 8 oz salmon fillets cut into cubes
  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients execept for the salmon to make the sauce.

  2. Use half as a marinade and half for a dipping sauce.

  3. Put the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile, marinate the salmon in half the sauce in a ziploc bag for at least 60 minutes.

  5. Preheat oven to broil.

  6. Skewer the salmon on to the wood. Place them all in a baking pan.

  7. Broil the salmon for 14-16 minutes, flipping halfway and brushing with marinade 4 times throughout.

  8. Serve garnished with sesame seeds and dipping sauce on the side.
