Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb turkey burgers
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 Tbsp Wheat Free Tamari Sauce
  • 1 cup zucchini shredded

Instructions

  1. Set oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Prep a pan with a parchment paper greased.

  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl together well and make patties.

  4. Bake the patties in the oven for about 18 minutes then flip and continue baking for 5-10 minutes depending on how rare you want your burger.
