  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 peppers sliced
  • 2 onion sliced

Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix together all the sauce ingredients well.

  3. Grease a baking pan and lay down the peppers and onions on one side.

  4. Pour half the sauce over the veggies.

  5. Put chicken on the other side of the pan and pour the rest of the sauce over.

  6. Cook for half an hour uncovered in the oven.
