Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup crushed almonds

Instructions

  1. Put the egg in one bowl, crushed almonds in another and flour mixed with all the spices in another.

  2. Slice avocados into about 8 slices.

  3. Cover in in flour, then egg then almonds. Fry for about 60 seconds in oil.
