Ingredients

Stuffing

  • 1 small bell pepper diced
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup crushed almonds
  • 3 cup spinach

Turkey

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp oregano flakes
  • 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 5 lb turkey roast

Instructions

  1. Put the oil in a pan over medium heat. Throw in the onions and cook for 3 minutes. Put the garlic and peppers in the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.

  2. Pour the spinach in and cook for about another 20 minutes on medium-low. Remove from the fire and mix in the rest of the stuffing ingredients.

Turkey

  1. Set oven to 375 degrees. Put the turkey in a roasting pan and stuff it with the stuffing.

  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients to form a marinade and pour over the turkey.

  3. Bake covered for 90 minutes.
