Ingredients

Steak and stuffing

  • 12 good quality steak for sandwiches
  • 1 large red pepper sliced thin
  • 2 zuchinis sliced thin
  • toothpicks

Marinade

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 oz red wine
  • 1 Tbsp Natures Hollow Sugar Free Honey Substitute
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients and coat the steaks in any dish or ziploc bag.

  2. Let marinate for at least 4 hours.

  3. Preheat oven to 400 and prepare two baking pans or dishes.

  4. Stuff each steak by putting in about 4-6 strips of mixed zuchinni and pepper and rolling up tightly. Hold shut with toothpick.

  5. Broil on lowest oven rack for 10 minutes.
