Ingredients

  • 2 cup romaine lettuce
  • 3 lb thinly sliced chicken cutlets
  • Pink Himalayan Salt to top
  • black pepper to top
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • keto caesar salad dressing (recipe on website)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Spice the chicken with onion powder, garlic, pepper and salt.

  2. Prepare a hot grill pan and heat up with a thin layer of grease. Grill chicken for 3 minutes on each side. Cut into chunks or strips.

  3. Fill a large bowl with the lettuce and top with chicken and keto ceasar salad dressing. Sprinkle parmesan on top.
