Completely Keto Salmon Sushi

Ingredients

  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 1/2 lbs smoked salmon sliced
  • 2 cup cream cheese preferably with some herb twist
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Simply spread out each slice of salmon seperately. Mix together the cream cheese and lemon juice.

  2. Chop the celerly up so that it's a size that can fit lengthwise into the salmon piece it's being put into without being seen. Fill each salmon slice with the celerey and cream cheese so the celery isn't showing and serve them stoop up or on their side. Top with any additional leaves that you would like for the look, as I have done in the picture.
