Ingredients

  • 4 slices white fish
  • 3 celery stalk
  • 2 onion sliced
  • 1/3 cup swerve
  • 1 Tbsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • cover with water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the celery and onions and place in a Dutch oven and cover with water. Add the pepper, salt and swerve. Bring it to a boil.

  2. Put the fish on top of the vegetable and seasoning and mix and cook on medium for 45 minutes.
