Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef roast
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 4 tsp fresh parsley
  • 4 stalks celery diced
  • 2 large tomatoes diced
  • 2 green or yellow summer squash insides cut out and diced
  • 2 large onions diced
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. The reason I say for beginners is because the instructions are literally this simple: Just take all the ingredients and put them into a large dish to bake in and cover it up. Then cook on 350 degrees for 3 hours. Enjoy.
