Ingredients

  • 10 cucumbers sliced to your preference
  • 1 onion small
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup swerve
  • black pepper
  • Pink Himalayan Salt

Instructions

  1. Slice the onions and cucumbers as thin or thick as you prefer. I would do on the thinner side.

  2. Mix the water, vinegar, swerve, pepper and salt.

  3. Marinat the cucumbers in the dressing for 1-2 hours and serve.
