Completely Keto Three Cheese Zoodles

Ingredients

  • 3 green or yellow zucchini
  • 1 onion diced
  • 16 oz. package riccota cheese
  • 16 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 16 oz. cheddar cheese
  • Pink Himalayan Salt
  • black pepper
  • fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Make all the zucchinis into zoodles using a noodle making machine.

  2. Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix together with zoodles.

  3. Spread the mix in a greased baking dish.

  4. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes at 400˚ until cheese is melted and slightly browned.

  5. Top with the fresh basil.
