Bring the wine to a slow boil in a small saucepan on medium-low heat
Pour in the chocolate chips and cream cheese
Use a small whisk to combine until fully melted and smooth
Add the cream, swerve and chocolate powder
Continuously whisk together for about two minutes
Pour mixture into a liquid measuring cup, preferably with a spout to pour
Divide evenly into 12 ice pop molds
Place a stick into each mold
Freeze overnight
Store in freezer up to a month
