• 1 tbsp Swerve Granular Sweetener
• 3/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
• 3/4 tsp granulated garlic
• 3/4 tsp granulated onion
• 1/8 tsp allspice
• 1/2 tbsp Lakanto
• 1/16 tsp cayenne pepper
• 2/3 cup water
• 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum

For Speed Keto Omit Swerve and Lakanto. Replace with 1 tsp of Stevia powder. (You may need to blend for smoothness)
