Completely Keto Beef and Cauliflower Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/4 cup cauliflower
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat up the oil in a pan on medium flame.

  2. Put the onion in and cook sauté for about 6 minutes.

  3. Add in the spices and cauliflower then cook for another 10 minutes. Take off flame and let cool.

  4. Mostly mash the cauliflower with a fork and mix with the ground beef. Form patties with your hands as thick as you want.

  5. Set oven to broil. Broil for 5 minutes on high then flip and broil for another 5 minutes.
