Ingredients

  • 6 chicken steaks
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Nature's Hollow Sugar Free Honey Substitute
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp ginger ground

Instructions

  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients in a ziploc bag with the chicken and shake to coat fully.

  2. Marinate for half an hour minimum.

  3. Set oven to broil. Pour the steaks with the marinade into a baking dish like a Pyrex.

  4. Broil for 5 minutes per side.
