Ingredients

  • 1 large salmon fillet
  • 5 tsp fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 lemon sliced thinly

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix the dill, garlic, onion, mayo, salt, oil and black pepper well.

  3. Prepare a greased baking sheet and put the fillet on it. Spread the sauce over the full salmon evenly with a knife or the back of a spatula. Spread the lemon slices around the salmon.

  4. Bake for about 23 minutes.
