Ingredients

  • 2 tsp jalapeno pepper chopped
  • 1/2 tsp jalapeno tabasco sauce
  • 1/3 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped
  • 2 juice of lime
  • 1/2 cup fennel diced
  • 1 red onion diced
  • Pink Himalayan Salt generously
  • 6 strawberries diced
  • 1 1/2 cup salmon

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients well in a container and marinate for half an hour before serving, the longer the marination the better.

  2. Serve it with all the juices.
