Ingredients

  • 3 oyster steaks
  • 1/4 cup Brown Swerve
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tsp wheat free tamari sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl then pour into a ziploc bag. Add meat in and marinate.

  2. Let it marinate over night for best results but half an hour is good enough.

  3. Heat a pan over high flame then cook each steak for about 4-5 minutes per side depening on how you like your steak.

  4. Slice thinly.
