Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup crushed almond
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup green onion chopped
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 Tbsp wheat free tamari sauce
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl together well except the coconut oil which is for the cooking.

  2. Form patties and fry each patty for about 7 minutes on each side, or until it turns a nice tan brown.

  3. Put the ready patties on a paper towel. Serves well with a good dipping sauce.
