Ingredients

  • 4 lb rib roast
  • 1/4 cup wheat free tamari sauce
  • 1/2 tsp grinded ginger
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Set the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix all the ingredients other than meat in a bowl.

  3. Set meat into a baking dish and douse in the sauce. Put meat in the oven and cook until the inside has a center temperature of about 130 degrees, could put in for longer if you want to be less rare. Check the temperature using a meat thermometer.
