Set up the roast in an electric pressure cooker. Douse the roast in the cola and orange soda.
Organize the celery around the roast.
Mix the ketchup, garlic and onion powder and pour over the roast and celery.
Cook on manual high pressure mode for 55 minutes.
First, let the pressure naturally release for half an hour.
Then manually release the pressure.
Take the roast out and let cool for about 5-10 minutes. Slice thinly and make sure juice is poured over to maintain that delicious juiciness.
