Ingredients

  • 3 lb chicken cutlets cubed
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/8 cup red wine
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tsp crushed parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix everything except chicken in a big bowl.

  2. Marinate the chicken cubes in the mix for at least half an hour.

  3. When you plan to start cooking, set the oven to broil and prepare a baking sheet.

  4. Stick the chicken on skewers and set up on baking sheet. Broil on each side until cooked through which should be about 5 minutes.
