  1. Mix the eggs, vanilla stevia, chocolate chips, cheese, swerve and salt. Then add in the almond flour slowly.

  2. Start heating the oil in a frying pan and scoop in the batter to the size patties that you want. It should take about 2 minutes on each side to fry, but it depends on what size pattie you made.

  3. Keep repeating this process of frying until the batter is done, best served hot.
