Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Wheat Free Tamari Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 8 oz fresh kale
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together by whisking it well. Chop up the kale as thin or thick as you please. Add the dressing to kale and toss well. Add more of any spice as desired.
