Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup xylitol or swerve
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened canned pumpkin
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Step One: Gently Mix The Ingredients
  2. GENTLY Mix all above ingredients together.
  3. Makes about 1 quart
  4. Step Two: Ice Cream Maker
  5. Add Mixture to Breville Ice Cream Maker
  6. Push on button.
  7. Take nap.
  8. When bell rings grab a spoon.
  9. A half cup is a serving.
  10. You should get at least 10 servings out of this formula.

In the recipe substitute 2 cans of coconut cream (FULL FAT) in place of the heavy cream.
