  1. Set oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Prepare baking pan greased and put london broil on it.

  3. Coat and rub the olive oil into the meat.

  4. Season both sides of the meat with the herbs and spices.

  5. Put meat in on 425 for about 10 minutes, obviously longer if the meat is thicker.

  6. Take out and cover in order to allow the juiciness to retain for at least 10 minutes.

  7. Slice.
