Harlan Kilstein's Completely Keto Zucchini Turkey Burgers
- 1 1/2 lb turkey burgers
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 Tbsp Wheat Free Tamari Sauce
- 1 cup zucchini shredded
Set oven to 375 degrees.
Prep a pan with a parchment paper greased.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl together well and make patties.
Bake the patties in the oven for about 18 minutes then flip and continue baking for 5-10 minutes depending on how rare you want your burger.
