Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Zucchini Stew

Ingredients
- 2 onion
- 2 Tbsp lemon
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 medium zucchini
- 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 5 tomato
- olive oil for frying
Instructions

Chop all the vegetables and fry the onion in the oil until it's see through. Put all the other vegetables into the pan as well and add the salt, pepper, and garlic.

Keep frying on low for about 15 minutes.
