Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Wine Poached Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 Large onions
- 6 6 oz pieces of salmon wild is preferred
- 1 Tsp Pink Himalayan salt
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 1 lemon cut into slices
- 2 cups Pinot Grigio Wine
- Water to cover Salmon
- Sprig of parsley to garnish
Instructions

Place salmon in baking tray.

Add wine and spices

Add water to cover

Add sliced lemon.

Bake uncovered in oven at 350 for 12-15 minutes.

Alternatively add all ingredients to a covered saute pan and lightly boil for 12-15 minutes.

Garnish with parsley
